Protecting your personal data is important to us. In this Privacy Policy, we explain what personal data we process, for what purposes, how long we retain it, to whom it may be disclosed, and what rights you have in connection with the processing of your personal data.

2. Why do we process personal data?

We process personal data primarily for the following purposes:

• handling enquiries and requests submitted via website forms, email or telephone,
• preparing quotations and taking steps prior to entering into a contract,
• carrying out projects and fulfilling contractual obligations,
• communicating with customers, suppliers and business partners,
• assessing offers of cooperation,
• conducting recruitment procedures and communicating with job applicants,
• fulfilling accounting, tax and other legal obligations,
• securing the website,
• analysing website traffic,
• measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and remarketing, where the visitor has given the relevant consent through the cookie settings.

Depending on the specific purpose, the legal basis for processing may include, in particular, the performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the legitimate interests of the controller, or your consent.

3. What personal data do we process?

Depending on how you communicate with us, we may process, in particular:

• first name and surname,
• telephone number,
• email address,
• address,
• company name and company details,
• the content of a message or enquiry,
• information relating to the requested project or cooperation,
• information contained in a CV and other documents submitted as part of a recruitment procedure,
• technical data relating to your visit to the website, such as information about your device and browser, pages visited, traffic source, advertising campaign and cookie identifiers, where their use is permitted.

4. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Signals and other measurement technologies

Once the relevant consent has been given, we use tools on our website to measure website traffic and evaluate advertising campaigns.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to obtain information about website traffic, how the website is used and the performance of individual parts of the website.

The data may include, for example, information about pages visited, approximate location, device and browser used, traffic source or actions performed on the website.

Google Ads

We use Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and, where the visitor has given consent, also for remarketing and other advertising features.

Google Signals

Google Signals may also be enabled within Google Analytics.

If a visitor is signed in to their Google Account, has ad personalisation enabled and has given the relevant consent on our website, Google may associate information about their visit to and use of the website with information linked to their Google Account.

This feature may be used, for example, for aggregated demographic statistics, cross-device measurement, and advertising or remarketing features.

O&L MasterDom does not obtain direct access through Google Analytics to the identity of individual users who are signed in to Google. The reports provided through these features are aggregated.

Meta Pixel

After consent to marketing cookies has been given, the website may also use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms. It is used primarily to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to create remarketing audiences.

The Meta Pixel and other marketing technologies must not be activated before the visitor has given the relevant consent.

5. Cookies and visitor consent

When you first visit the website, you can choose which categories of cookies you allow us to use.

Essential technologies may be used without consent where they are necessary for the proper and secure operation of the website.

We use statistical and marketing technologies only to the extent permitted by your choices in the cookie settings.

If you reject analytics or marketing cookies, they will not be used, based on that choice, to create remarketing audiences or personalise advertising.

You may change your choices at any time through the cookie settings on the website.

6. To whom may the data be disclosed?

Personal data may, to the extent necessary, be disclosed to entities that provide services required for the operation of our company and website, in particular:

• web hosting and technical infrastructure providers,
• email and internal information system providers,
• ERP or CRM system providers,
• accounting and tax service providers,
• Google in connection with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Signals and form security services,
• Meta Platforms in connection with the use of the Meta Pixel,
• other suppliers where their involvement is necessary to provide the requested service.

Where the use of external services involves transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers take place only where the conditions laid down by applicable data protection legislation are met.

7. How long do we retain personal data?

The retention period depends on the purpose of processing.

Enquiry that did not result in a project being carried out
We retain the data for no longer than 3 years from the last contact.

Completed project
We retain data relating to a completed project for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations. Data contained in accounting and tax documents may be retained for up to 10 years, where required by law.

Cookies and similar analytics or marketing identifiers
Their validity is set for a maximum of 13 months, unless applicable law or the nature of an essential technology requires a different approach.

Job applicant data
Data submitted for a specific job position is used for the purposes of the relevant recruitment procedure. If we wish to retain the data in order to offer other job opportunities, we will request separate consent.

The retention periods for business and customer data are also managed within the company’s internal systems.

8. Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not use automated decision-making that would have legal or similarly significant effects on you when handling enquiries, carrying out projects or selecting employees.

If you consent to marketing technologies, Google or Meta services may use data to create advertising audiences, evaluate interests or personalise advertising. Such processing depends on your consent and on the settings of the relevant services.

9. What rights do you have?

In connection with the processing of personal data, and subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have in particular:

• the right of access to your personal data,
• the right to rectification,
• the right to erasure,
• the right to restriction of processing,
• the right to object to processing,
• the right to data portability, where the statutory conditions are met,
• the right to withdraw consent at any time,
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.
