Ferwer Šolar

As part of this project, we carried out construction and electrical installation work during the renovation of the Ferwer Šolar retail unit. The work was performed according to the project documentation, design proposal, and shopping center conditions, with an emphasis on preparing the space for subsequent operation and the final appearance of the store.

At the beginning of the project, a plasterboard partition was created to cover the display window as per the shopping center’s requirements. Subsequently, the original floor covering was dismantled, and the substrate was prepared and leveled for the installation of new tiling. The preparatory work also included scraping the original paint off the walls.

As part of the construction phase, partitions were installed to create a new layout for the retail unit, including the back office and a testing booth. The structure of the testing booth was reinforced to prepare it for the subsequent installation of a living flower wall according to the design proposal.

Furthermore, new floor tiling was installed, frameless doors were fitted, and the entire retail unit was completely painted. Upon completion of all construction work, a final cleaning of the space was performed for handover.

Electrical installation work included the preparation of grooves, installation of electrical goosenecks, and wire trays for subsequent cable pulling. Wiring for new sockets and luminaires was installed according to the project documentation and design proposal.

This was followed by the installation and connection of end electrical components, the installation of strip lighting including its regulation and measurement. The project also included the modification of the distribution board, and the installation and connection of design luminaires and the logo.

After completing the electrical installation work, the necessary documentation was handed over to the customer. The result of the project is a prepared and completely renovated retail unit that meets the technical requirements, design proposal, and shopping center rules.
