Vinotéka OC Palladium - Kratochvíl

As part of this project, we carried out construction and electrical installation work during the modification of retail spaces in OC Palladium. The objective of the project was to unify and merge two separate retail units into a single functional space according to the investor’s requirements.

The work began with demolition works, which included the removal of original interior parts and the preparation of the space for the new layout solution. The demolition also included the removal of existing floor coverings and the preparation of the substrate for further construction modifications.

In the construction section, local repairs of walls, their final finishing, and subsequent painting were performed. The floor substrate was adjusted using cement leveling screeds according to the investor’s requirements to prepare it for further use of the retail space. The project also included the replacement and addition of display glass. The original glass was also professionally cleaned of existing scratches and subsequently polished.

The technical part of the project included the installation of HVAC ductwork according to the processed project. After the installation was completed, commissioning, setting, and adjustment of the HVAC system were performed to meet the project requirements and the store’s operations.

Electrical installation work included new electrical circuits, including interventions into existing distribution boards. Grooving, cable pulling, installation of cable trays, and preparation of penetrations were performed. This was followed by the completion of final electrical components, commissioning of the store’s lighting, and its measurement.

The project also included the production and installation of a backlit logo, including the design of its visual solution. Furthermore, a camera system was implemented, including installation, configuration, and commissioning.

Upon completion of all works, a complete cleanup of the construction site was performed, and the space was handed over ready for the store’s further operation.

The result of the project is a unified, technically prepared, and visually upgraded retail space that meets the investor’s requirements and the operational needs of the shopping center.
