Mezi Vodami – apartment 2+kk

As part of this project, we performed civil engineering and electrical installation works in a 2+kk apartment unit in the new development Mezi Vodami in Prague. The work was carried out according to the investor’s requirements and the kitchen unit specifications to ensure all distributions were prepared for final assembly and regular apartment operation./p>

The project included the installation of new water and sewage distributions with connections to the existing outlets in the new building. Upon completion of the installation, a pressure test was performed to verify the correctness and tightness of the completed distributions./p>

Electrical installation works included the preparation and installation of cabling according to the kitchen unit drawings. Final electrical components, including sockets, switches, and other necessary elements for the kitchen area, were supplied, mounted, and connected. The work also included the installation and connection of designer lighting fixtures according to the investor’s requirements./p>

In the kitchen area, LED strips were also installed under the kitchen counter, serving as both practical and design lighting for the work surface. Based on the investor’s requirements, the position of light points was also adjusted, including the preparation of new cabling for the relocation of the fixtures./p>

After completing the electrical installation modifications, bricklaying finishing works were performed, specifically the plastering of cable grooves. Subsequently, final painting of the walls and ceiling was carried out to prepare the space for use and ensure it met the desired appearance./p>

The result of the project is a completely prepared apartment space with new water, sewage, and electrical installations, including functional lighting and final surface finishes./p>
