Apartment unit renovations - Prague, Pankrác

As part of this project, we carried out civil engineering and electrical installation work in an apartment unit in Prague, Pankrác. The work was performed according to the investor’s requirements and the kitchen unit’s technical drawings to ensure all distribution lines were prepared for subsequent assembly and full use of the space./p>

The civil engineering part included the installation of new water and sewage distribution lines with connections to existing outlets. The lines were prepared according to the required placement of the kitchen unit and individual fixtures. Upon completion of the installation, a pressure test was performed to verify the correctness and tightness of the installed lines./p>

Electrical installation work included the installation of new cabling according to the kitchen unit drawings, including the delivery, installation, and connection of terminal electrical components. The project also included the preparation and connection of lighting in the kitchen area, including the installation of an LED strip under the kitchen counter./p>

Furthermore, the installation and connection of designer lighting fixtures were carried out throughout the apartment unit according to the investor’s requirements. The electrical installation was prepared to correspond with the practical use of the space as well as the final interior design solution./p>

The result of the project is a technically prepared apartment unit with new water, sewage, and electrical installations, including modern lighting in the kitchen area and the entire apartment./p>
